In uncertain times we all have different sources of comfort that we rely on to steady and ground ourselves…. and I know we are all leaning into whatever that is for each of us. I am uplifted by the way that so many have responded to the challenge of social distancing, shifting the way that they normally do things to come together in ways that do not include physical contact. It’s a difficult and confusing time for everyone. Sharing ideas, thoughts, resources and inspiration is a soothing balm that helps us to feel connected. Love is not cancelled. Laughing, dancing, singing out loud, listening to music, reading, gardening…not cancelled. Just because we must practice physical social distancing doesn’t mean we cannot communicate. We need each other now more than ever.
